STEVEN LEE OLSEN

At the age of twenty, Steven Lee Olsen packed his bags, his guitar and his dreams in his 1997 Chrysler and headed to Nashville. Playing around town he met and began writing with songsmiths Angelo, Luke Laird, Richie Supa, Bryan White, Troy Verges and Bruce Wallace. Within months he signed his first publishing deal with Roots Three Music/ole.

"Ordinary Angels" cut by Craig Morgan has placed Olsen in the forefront of the Music Row community. Olsen recently reminisced, "I'm constantly looking for new ideas to work into the fabric of my songs. I've been very fortunate to work with amazing songwriters to help me with this journey; they remind me that my next title or idea can be around the next corner of life."

Recently, Olsen has proven he's not just a country songwriter, but has also shown his versatility in writing pop and R&B. He has traveled to Sweden, Los Angeles, and the UK to write with some of the worlds biggest and best pop writers, resulting in recent cuts with Westlife ("Leaving," from their album Where We Are) and a Top 40 European Dance hit with Armin Van Buuren ft. VanVelzen ("Broken Tonight.")
