ole announces a worldwide multi-year television administration deal with the Emmy-winning Devine Entertainment Corporation. Under the five-year pact, ole -- a Toronto-based, Canadian owned full service music publisher -- will administer all titles currently controlled by Devine Entertainment as well as those created during the term of the agreement.

Based in Toronto, Devine Entertainment Corporation is a developer and producer of premier quality children's and family films for worldwide television, cable and international DVD/home video markets. Focusing on the production and distribution of features based on historical and timeless stories, Devine Entertainment films have been honoured over the past 20 years with more than 110 international awards, including 5 Emmys and 5 Geminis.

The company's many successes include the multi-platinum long-form video 'A Young Children's Concert with Raffi' and 1993 Outstanding Children's Program Emmy Award winner 'Beethoven Lives Upstairs'.

Most recently Devine Entertainment created the six-episode 60-minute series 'The Artists' Specials' currently airing on HBO in the U.S. and Canada's YTV. Starring Dean Cain, Tim Curry, Jennifer Tilly, Laurie Holden and Jon Lovitz as the voice of Bailey, enjoyed a worldwide theatrical release through Echo Bridge in the U.S. and Odeon Films in Canada.
